Basic WordPress Tutorial – How to Regenerate Thumbnails in WordPress
Recently I have changed my WordPress blog theme. I actually liked my old gazpo WordPress theme but wanted to be upgrading. Hence I switched to Genesis framework and responsive WordPress theme.You can easily switch to mobile version of your blog using WordPress plugins if you don’t want to create mobile responsive themes for your blogs. Your blog’s home page images or related posts would be without thumbnails. It would be a blank image or default no preview image there. All you have to do is install WordPress plugin called Regenerate Thumbnails. This plugin would help you to Regenerate Thumbnails in WordPress blog posts. It’s available for free from WordPress-Plugins gallery. When you install that plugin, you would find regenerate thumbnail setting from WordPress dashboard > Tools > Regen. Thumbnails.
You would see regenerate all thumbnails button there, simply click on that button and it would regenerate thumbnails for all your blog posts.
Regenerate thumbnails plugin is best Image Thumbnail Creator plugin that would regenerate thumbnails from all images available on your blog. If you don’t want to regenerate all images thumbnails on your blog, you can manually choose images from your media > library.
You can clicks on regenerate thumbnails option available beside images there or create thumbnails for multiple images from there. When you regenerate thumbnails for your images, it would not affect your existing images. It would create new thumbnails size images with a defined size.
